I found the room size quite good, it easily accommodated our family's luggage. the staff was attentive. They quickly addressed my requests. it charmed me that free detergent was available, a very nice touch.
The room i had was not cleaned well. I noticed dust in several corners. the air conditioning unit made a lot of noise, even on the sleep setting, which bothered me. there wasn't hotel parking available, i found it a bit disappointing.

this place is amazing for families! the apartment size really surprised me, it felt massive. the staff was kind and spoke english fluently, a huge help. i was happy the hotel offers luup station access, great for exploring the area with bicycles.
i noticed some running sounds from the floor above, thankfully it stopped at night.

the room included comfortable beds, a kitchenette, and a spacious living area with a large table and sofa. a washing machine and dryer were available in the room, so i did all my laundry. a private balcony with a bathtub.

the kitchenette area included an IH stove and a sink, great to cook meals. a refrigerator with a freezer was available, so i bought ingredients from the supermarket. i would still assess the ventilation since the fume extraction is not so good.

the hotel had a convenient laundry facility that was very useful. i found four washer and dryers available . the hotel also offers a paid parking lot, i saw another one nearby that offered cheaper overnight rates, about 900 yen.

I find the location a bit disappointing. It is not very close to the main attractions. Staff communication was difficult because they don't speak english well. the laundry service, despite being free, uses a room with only four washing machines for the whole hotel, without any staff supervision. Washing cycles take more than five hours. It was explained to me that a quick wash isn't possible since it's free. This is not very convenient, and i feel it's a big drawback, long washing cycle.

The family suite was spacious. we appreciated the modern design and cleanliness of the suite. the shower was excellent. I specifically noted the multiple settings and strong water pressure. parking near the hotel was convenient at 1000 yen per night. i found a spot each evening. the staff was helpful, and the rental yukatas added a comfortable touch to our stay.
the accommodation is not very close to dining or shopping options. the distance to the nearest train station requires a bit of a walk. this might be inconvenient for some guests, especially those relying heavily on public transportation.

The room was spacious. All the amenities in the room were very good (i especially liked the washing machine). The bathroom was modern and relaxing.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear the neighbors and their children crying. The room did not seem clean and the table looked like it had not been cleaned in a while.

The size of the room was quite large, something I appreciated. It was also convenient to have a mini-kitchen in the room, it made simple meal preparation easy.
